Fun In a Bottle, A Song About A Victim Of Drunk Driving

Most of you know that I wrote a song about my father's death called Fun In a Bottle. Brooke White sang it for me once, but couldn't permit me to share it over the internet. I recently asked a singer name Sarah to record her rendition of my song for YouTube and she did!

I thought you might enjoy hearing it.



My ultimate goal is to have the song recorded professionally recorded on a cd and used in anti-drunk driving presentations in schools.

Hillsville Teen Killed

Bethanie Coulson, age 18 was killed. Her mother and brother arrived on the scene. A witness said that her family was really "tore up. Her brother cried for like an hour."

“I was driving down the road and seen stuff in the road,” Edwards said. “Then I saw the headlights in the ditch.”
He helped the victims until rescue crews arrived.

“If I hadn’t come by here, I don’t know when the cops would’ve gotten here, because [the victims] said they had no idea of the name of the road, no idea where they were at,” he said.

Cab Driver Killed In Hollywood Crash

"A taxi driver is dead and at least two other people are injured after the driver of a BMW allegedly ran a red light at a Hollywood intersection and struck the taxicab, causing a four-car crash. Police said the BMW was traveling southbound on Highland Avenue when the driver ran the red light at Sunset Boulevard and hit an eastbound taxicab on its left side, killing the driver. "

Memorial Created For Bicyclist Killed By Drunk Driver

"A driver is facing motor vehicle homicide and drunk driving charges for a crash that killed a man riding on his bicycle. The accident happened Saturday morning. Today, the suspect appeared in court.

This was not the first time in court for 26-year-old Shawn McGanty of Plymouth, Massachusetts. He has previous arrests on drug charges and for failing to stop for police."
