24 yr. old Carlos Prieto charged with three counts of automotive homicide and driving under the influence. Prieto crashed into a family of 6 as they traveled on Christmas Eve at 2:30 a.m., killing Cheryl, 15 year old Ian, and 7 year old Julianna. Cheryl's husband Jerry and her two surviving children forgive Prieto and would like to ease his pain.
