A Salt Lake City father, Earl Smith, who was taking an evening walk with his three children is angry that the man who killed his son and injured his two other children is being considered for parole after serving only 4 years in prison. The boys mother, Liza Smith plans to plea to the parole board to keep her son, Buddha, in prison.
