Rebecca Yacob's killer, Logan McFarland is sentenced to just 50 months in prison.
Since 2002, in the state of Minnesota only about 45% of drunk drivers that kill someone are sentenced to prison.
The beautiful college student was killed instantly.
McFarland had 4 other alcohol arrests before the crash.
