Alleged 16 year old, female drunk driver kills Samara Stricklen. Her friend, 20 year old Seth Mutschler, was critically injured in the head-on collision.
Victim's father states: "Tell somebody every week, every day, it doesn't matter, just keep telling people. Some day it'll get through, some day (drunk driving) will hopefully stop." Father of Seth Mutschler
