Vigil For Construction Flagger Killed by Drunk Driver

Two years after the death of Tina Ball, 36 year old mother of 7, the family holds a vigil to keep her memory alive. She was killed while working by Thomas Harris. Tina was holding a caution sign when she was hit head-on while Harris traveled at 60 miles an hour. He had 6 DUI arrests, 4 drunk driving convictions and 3 convictions for driving on suspended license. Now he is serving 85% of 11 year sentence.
