Tough New Laws Credited For DUI Drop In Japan

Drunk Drivers and anyone associated, ( bartenders, friends riding in car, etc..) also face punishment. Violations in 2007 plunged by 40% over the year before.
Drunk drivers face $10,000 fines and 5 years behind bars.
